  • Product Information: We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. All our biscotti are handcrafted, so please allow for minor variations in appearance. All descriptions are subject to change without notice.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product. All prices are listed in USD.
  • Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may be due to limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.
  • Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified on our checkout page. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  1. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: As our products are baked fresh to order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.
  • Delivery: We ship to addresses within the United States. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at sales@biscotti-italiano.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a store credit at our discretion. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue in your email.

  1. Allergen Information

Our biscotti are prepared in a kitchen where they may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts (almonds, pistachios), and soy.

While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with severe allergies. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is safe for their consumption. A full ingredient list is available on each product page.
